In Hall Dux ( “the body”), you could restore the indoor pool with thermal water feeding it and equip a fitness and wellness. The pavilion Fabrizio, the innermost and private, would be destined to ‘rest’ with dorms and services. The building Arnaldo be fulfilling the “rest” function with bar and restaurant.
Finally the outer space, the vast 17,000 square meters with the great forest, would be a suitable place to trails in the nature and would provide an area suitable for motor homes and gardens for rent.
The building will offer hospitality to groups of young people, scouts, school groups, and a parking area for campers.
So New accommodation possibilities do not compete with existing ones. It would create a sort of “widespread colony-hotel” and underground parking (located at the football field matching) without altering the nature of the place.
The project to rethink the structure as a multi-purpose center that could be acquired by a private joint entity and the public who wants to invest in a project of great cultural significance and a world-wide appeal. For now the project remains an idea, a hypothesis of Sciesopoli reuse.
